The M.Arch (Urban Design) programme is a postgraduate course focused on advanced studies in architectural and urban design. It equips students with the skills to address complex design challenges at the intersection of architecture, urban planning, and environmental sustainability.

B.Tech Planning
In a country where urbanisation has been steadily rising since independence, planning professionals need to be trained to handle the complexity of problems arising from urbanisation. With the growing need to improve the quality of life of cities, the need for qualified planners at all levels has increased significantly. The B.Tech Planning course is an endeavour to bridge the gap in the number of planning professionals required in the country. It is a 4-year programme recognised by the Institute of Town Planners, India (ITPI).

80% of seats are reserved for 10+2 students and 20% for diploma candidates. If sufficient regular candidates are not available, seats may be converted between categories.
M.Tech in Urban and Regional Planning
The M.Tech in Urban and Regional Planning programme is designed to prepare students with the skills to analyse the physical, social, cultural, economic, and ecological dimensions of urban settlements, comprehend their problems, and develop measures to address issues and emerging challenges in a planned manner. The two-year postgraduate programme aims to produce professional planners equipped to assist communities, organisations, and policymakers in addressing contemporary settlement challenges.
